JC Tree Services attended our property this morning in Benowa to undertake pruning of a number of overgrown mature trees. My wife and I have to acknowledge that this was one of the best experiences we have ever had with tree contractors. Jez and his team (Ben, Jeff and Declan) performed professionally, politely, and with great skill, diligence and attention to detail. The entire job (including excellent clean up) was completed within the estimated budget and time frame. We highly recommend this business.

When JC Tree Services arrived, they sussed out the job and then put on their helmets and Tarzan ropes. Six coco palms were trimmed in an hour and a half and looked like a clean-cut Trump standing tall making my backyard looking like Royalty. Before they left, they cleaned all the trimmings and once they had left, it looked cleaner than before, thanks guys, very professional.

From the initial communication and quote from Jez, the booking, Jen in the office and the arrival of Ben and the team today to wrangle four trees on Hope Island including the silky oak wedged in a flame tree on a 45% angle thanks to the Xmas night storm. Garrick and the boys turned up early today in Robina and were here for 2 hours. They did an amazing job. It was a pleasure to watch the young guy (sorry I don't know his name) get high up in the trees and do his job. It didn't look easy, but he handled it like a pro. They were very professional and cleaned up perfectly afterwards. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to you if you need some tree work completed.

What can you say when you get perfection? This team were marvellous even in the rain, not that safety was compromised.The team obviously knew their jobs and they communicated well.Now, from the fussy demanding wife!. Ben and his team were outstanding in their communication,politeness and willing to trim a particular tree which they avised against but nevertheless did to make me happy. That shows their commitment to satisfy their wonderful service. I would more than recommend them to anyone wanting advice and the best job done!

Refused to give me a quote for 1 palm tree with several pictures and a huge description given. Unless you are happy to give them your address and time and have their sales person come out to try and hard sell you, you won't get a quote. Don't waste your time asking for one unless you can see them in person.edit: Why would you have an online quote form and make people fill out all the details of the job if you refuse to quote without a site visit? You should just have a phone number instead of making it seem like people can get a quote without a site visit. You're time wasters.
They do a great job, clean up after themselves, with a polite & pleasant team. We were badly impacted by the Christmas Night tornado and it was stressful trying to find an arborist who could undertake the work required on the trees, whilst dealing with holes in the house roof, etc. JC fitted us in which was wonderful as it removed one stress. We will definitely use them regularly to maintain our garden.
