we regularly use JC Tree Services and can highly recommend them for any tree works.I'd give JC another 5-star review if I could. Another big job, and nothing but 100% professional service. The whole team worked in perfect coordination to bring down 6 large, dangerous trees. They were even kind enough to stop work when my dog got out, just to make sure it did not get hurt.
Today we had 27 Palm Trees felled from our residential home in Elanora Queensland by JC Tree Services Pty Ltd. They arrived ahead of scheduled time (tell me a Tradie who is ever early!). Tip, Corrie and Quade were our assigned crew. Polite, professional, strong, hardworking young gentlemen. Their skills with chainsaws and Arborist tree scaling were outstanding. They worked non-stop, were fast and cleaned up to perfection. We are absolutely THRILLED with their level of service, and my Husband doesn't please easily - he was pleased today. The boys from JC Tree Services came round on time and got stuck into the job which included removing a large palm tree very close to the house. What impressed me most was the care and attention to safety of the property and the team. Our body corp has been employing JC Tree Services for some years and could not be happier with their work and their prices. They are extremely well organised and reliable from the initial phone call till the job is completed. Last year, when asked, they carefully cut around a nesting bird and left it undisturbed! I don't know if that would happen often! We would use no-one else. 😁

I have used a few different tree services over the years with different houses and locations and I believe JC Trees are the best I have ever come across in every respect including price. We needed a number of large trees cut down in a yard with a lot of gardens and obstacles. From start to finish, the men were professional, respectful and careful. I had virtually no damage done to the gardens under the trees and where tree trimming was done instead, the trees looked fantastic afterwards. I highly recommend JC Trees and will be employing them again myself.

JC Tree Services attended our property this morning in Benowa to undertake pruning of a number of overgrown mature trees. My wife and I have to acknowledge that this was one of the best experiences we have ever had with tree contractors. When JC Tree Services arrived, they sussed out the job and then put on their helmets and Tarzan ropes. Six coco palms were trimmed in an hour and a half and looked like a clean-cut Trump standing tall making my backyard looking like Royalty. Before they left, they cleaned all the trimmings and once they had left, it looked cleaner than before, thanks guys, very professional.

Garrick and the boys turned up early today in Robina and were here for 2 hours. They did an amazing job. It was a pleasure to watch the young guy (sorry I don't know his name) get high up in the trees and do his job. It didn't look easy, but he handled it like a pro. What can you say when you get perfection? This team were marvellous even in the rain, not that safety was compromised.The team obviously knew their jobs and they communicated well.Now, from the fussy demanding wife!. Ben and his team were outstanding in their communication,politeness and willing to trim a particular tree which they avised against but nevertheless did to make me happy. That shows their commitment to satisfy their wonderful service. I would more than recommend them to anyone wanting advice and the best job done!

Refused to give me a quote for 1 palm tree with several pictures and a huge description given. Unless you are happy to give them your address and time and have their sales person come out to try and hard sell you, you won't get a quote. Don't waste your time asking for one unless you can see them in person.edit: Why would you have an online quote form and make people fill out all the details of the job if you refuse to quote without a site visit? You should just have a phone number instead of making it seem like people can get a quote without a site visit. You're time wasters.
