Ah, sunshine and palm trees … what’s not to love? Nothing puts you in a tropical holiday mood more than a palm tree or two, which is just one of the reasons so many Gold Coast and Queensland locals just love to have them at their place. But many of these...
As experienced and licensed Arborists, we get asked a lot of questions time and time again. “Is this a sign of tree pests and disease?” “Is this tree going to collapse?” “What’s the best trimming technique?”...
They help us breathe, they’re fun to climb, they give the birds and possums a place to call home, and – let’s face it – they simply look stunning. But as those storm clouds gather, as tree pests and diseases set in, or as we take to them with...
Correct tree pruning is imperative at any stage of a tree’s life. It starts with formative pruning during the juvenile to the semi-mature stage, then corrective maintenance at maturity, and finally management of risks and habitat in late maturity. Gold Coast...
We’ve all heard the saying about the need to ‘get rid of the deadwood’ in our lives. It means to say goodbye to the people and preoccupations that are holding us back – but where does that saying come from? Trees, of course! Deadwood removal,...
Extremely happy with JC Trees, they tick all the boxes for me. Garrick Ben and the boys are a great crew, could not fault their work. I will definitely use them again, a pleasure to do business 🙏
Just had 3 trees removed from the back yard. Ben and the crew were fantastic! Efficient and quick, clean up was spot on. Great chat with the lads too. Some were from the same area in Vic as me so some good banter 😂 Would highly recommend JC for any tree removal 👌Cheers Steve
I couldn’t have been happier with the lads that came out. The process from viewing to quote to completion was smooth as.Super efficient, super tidy, very professional and incredibly nice guys. They did an amazing job in our place and couldn’t recommend them enough.
Ben was absolutely amazing! Super friendly and professional and delivered an outstanding result. Cannot recommend the team at JC Trees highly enough. THANK YOU.
Absolutely amazing service. Start to finish. My trees look amazing. Such careful, beautiful work for my huge ponsietta tree. No mess left. I honestly had my expectations defied from start to finish. Wonderful communication from admin side also. Bravo!
Highly recommend. This was the first company that responded quickly and was upfront and transparent from the start. The crew on the day were professional, polite, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. I’ve been very happy with the service from day one. Thank you!
We found the team at JC Tree Services very friendly, professional and efficient. Clean and tidy work site and the clean up afterwards was fantastic. We would highly recommend them to anyone and we will certainly use them again.
JC Tree Services were easy to work with getting a quote, and Garrick did an amazing job explaining the different trees, how they grow, and the best way to get my property how I wanted it.Ben, Harry and Luke did an amazing job carrying out the work, and went above and beyond. I couldn't move my car because the battery died, but they straight away found ways to work around it. They not only did all the work agreed on, but some extra things I realised I needed on the day. They worked very fast, and they did a great job cleaning up, so it was tidier than it started.I highly recommend them, and will be contact them for all future work!
Came to our place in Southport this morning, Team was very organised and knew exactly what they were doing, and were very professional. Would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. Great job guys, thankyou!
I've had 2 trees removed over 2 years and JCTS has been excellent with job done quickly, cleanly and with friendly staff. The cleanup was also perfect.
Needing a tree to be removed. The quote process was quick and reasonable cost. Removal day the team were friendly and efficient. Big thanks, yard ready to landscape 😁
Great service as usual . Jez takes the time to listen to our requirements & then has his team follow through as agreed. Professionalism at its best. Always leave the site as nest & tidy as they found it.
I'm on the committee at East Quay Residences we have had a few jobs done around our community and we could not be any happier with there work there knowledge and work ethics are of extremely high quality. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for all your professionalism.
I saw these guys on a site I worked at, then saw them again doing a block next door to our new house which had 15 HUGE palm trees on it. I have been impressed every time I've seen these guys at work. They have a great professional process, they have great gear and they work their butts off. Price was great, work was impeccable and the company was super professional. You will not regret using them. So impressed!
JC Trees did a great job removing my 3 x palm trees, 2 other trees, various shrubs and plants, including stump grinding. They were very efficient, punctual and professional, and everything was left neat and tidy. The pricing was reasonable and I’m very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend them.
We have a couple of large trees that need pruning every 5 to 6 years. JC Trees did such a good job in 2020 so it was an easy decision to call them back. Great service, nothing a drama (we had to delay twice due to nesting birds). The crew came and were careful, efficient, professional and tidied up in quick time. The trees look great. No hesitation in recommending them.
Great customer service and an excellent experience overall. Garrick and his team were friendly, approachable, and very easy to talk to when discussing the work that was required. They did a fantastic job, and their quotes are competitive as well. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended.
The team at JC Tree Services were absolutely fantastic. From booking in the quote to booking in the job and completing it, they did everything they promised and made the job very easy for me. Recommend them for any tree servicing around the home. Respectful and completing the job quickly, great work thank you.
Ben and the boys did a great job with cutting down and pruning trees and stump grinding. Very professional outfit, and they did a great job raking and cleaning up after the job. I would thoroughly recommend this business to anyone
Highly Recommend JC Trees: as a former member of a Body Corporate on the Gold Coast, I was already familiar with their expertise. So when it came time to remove a large, old eucalypt tree located very close to our new home, I didn’t hesitate to call on them again. JC Trees once again proved to be a professional and expert team. They were not only highly skilled but also friendly, respectful, and environmentally and safety-conscious throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right gave us complete peace of mind. Thank you again, JC Trees — your outstanding work is truly appreciated!
This is the second time I have used JC Tree services & I can’t rate them highly enough. Absolutely incredible service, delightful professional, people, well priced & job once again was excellent. I recommenced these guys highly & my beautiful old fig tree looks fantastic, thank you so very much, Megan, Currumbin 🙏
Exceptional service from start to finish! The entire process with J C Tree Services was amazing. From the on-site quotation and consultation with Garrick, to Jez’s guidance and support through the council approval process, and finally to the team completing the job on the day — everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The customer focus throughout was outstanding, and the crew delivered top-quality work incredibly quickly with a thorough clean-up afterwards. Their expertise really shows, and their pricing was by far the best option we found.Highly recommend J C Tree Services — great company, great people, and a genuinely excellent experience from start to finish!
The JC team did the job in a very friendly and professional way. The clean-up was also effective. We shall recommend JC Tree Services to others and won't hesitate to call you if we need tree services in the future.
JC Tree Services removed a huge stand of giant traveller palms that were knocking over a fence, they were in an awkward position and they are a messy sappy tree to remove but they did a great job. In particular Ben the stump grinder who came on another day was so careful and considerate as I had newly laid travertine crazy pave path installed and was concerned the heavy stump grinder would damage it. He went out of his way to navigate around the path and use boards to distribute the weight of the grinder and there was no damage which was a big relief. Very professional. Highly recommend
Just used J C Tree Services to prune an exceptionally large gum tree that had caused problems in recent storms. The team were prompt efficient and very safely conscious. A very pleasant team to deal with and everything was left clean and tidy. Pricing was very competitive. I shall certainly use them again.
Top service, received the quote, gave the go ahead and job done within a week. Arrived on time and cleaned up everything after the job was done. Highly recommended.
The crew were fantastic and very knowledgeable. Everyone in their team was very friendly and did a wonderful job trimming our large trees. They cleaned up very quickly and I highly recommend JC Tree Services for anyone looking to have any tree work done.
Just had a number of large trees and other bushes removed by JC Tree Services and we were impressed with the service. They removed the trees, grinded the stumps, removed all the debris and cleaned up the areas where the trees were removed. The lads were very efficient and can not recommend them highly enough 👍
Might do a good job cutting trees down but their work ethics suck. Came home after an hour of my cameras going off non stop whilst driving to find JC truck with tree shredder parked in front of my drive whilst doing a job next door with plenty of room to drive over their lawn and they proceeded to drive over my lawn & driveway marking and squashing my lawn with their tractor. Most annoying! I have spent a lot of money maintaining my lawn to have someone come n churn it up. This morning I had to blow away the debris left so I could not run over sticks to get out! One star only cos has to put something
The team did a great job clearing out the trees overhanging our house. They were one of the only companies that gave us the option leave the wood on site so we can use it for firewood in a couple of years. Great price too! Thankyou - wil be hiring you again in the future!
Great to meet Jez, the inspector and planner, who assigned my tree trimming requirements to Ben and Ben, who sorted out the troublesome trees and branches threatening our power lines. Great job guys!
Super happy with our tree lopping services. The guys arrived on time, and helped talk my elderly parents through which trees were being lopped. They absolutely paid it forward for us . Would recommend jc tree services to anyone on the gc who needs tree clearing with honest people. Thankyou Ben you've got a customer for life !
July 25The crew did an outstanding job thinning out our Golden Cane palms with fairly restricted access. Their attentional to detail was exceptional and were very pleasant to have on the property. Could not recommend them highly enough.JenniferParadise Point.
Highly Recommend JC Tree Services. We recently had JC tree services complete maintenance at Nerang BMX Club and we couldn't be happier. From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable and easy to work with. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and made sure everything was left clean and safe. Its clear they take pride in their work as the results speak for themselves.Big thanks to the team for helping keep our club grounds in top shape.
